Booking & Appointments

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and confirms your commitment to your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit the remaining time.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, style complexity, and any add-ons. An exact quote will be provided during consultation.

Hair Preparation

Please come with clean, detangled, and blow-dried (stretched) hair unless otherwise instructed. Additional charges may apply if extensive detangling or preparation is required.

Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Full payment is due upon completion of your service.
