Please arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried (or stretched) hair. If you have natural hair, stretching it helps with the braiding process and can reduce your overall appointment time. If you're unsure how to prepare, just ask!

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be applied to your final total. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure dedicated time for each client.

Appointment duration varies by style and hair type. Generally: cornrows (1-4 hours), medium braids (3-5 hours), small braids (5-8 hours). We'll give you a more accurate estimate when you book.

By default, clients provide their own braiding hair. However, we can provide high-quality braiding hair for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking so we can have it ready for you.

We understand things come up! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment can have their deposit transferred to a future date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

We work by appointment only to ensure each client gets dedicated time and attention. However, feel free to reach out—we sometimes have same-day availability!
